Bookings & quotations

A ride request submitted through our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your reservation is confirmed only once RAO Limousine Services responds with a written confirmation and, where applicable, a quotation.

Quotations are based on the trip details you provide. Significant changes to the route, timing, duration, or number of stops may affect the final price.

Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Payment is made through our secure Stripe checkout. Additional charges such as tolls, parking, extended waiting time, or extra stops may apply where relevant and will be communicated to you.

Gratuity is appreciated but never mandatory, and may be added at your discretion.

Cancellations & changes

We understand plans change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to amend or cancel a booking. Cancellations made close to the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a fee to cover the reserved vehicle and chauffeur.

Waiting time & delays

For time-sensitive pickups we build in a reasonable grace period. Extended waiting beyond the included time, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control, may incur additional charges.

Conduct & liability

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and safely during the journey. RAO Limousine Services is not liable for delays or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure. Any damage to a vehicle caused by a passenger may be charged to the responsible party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
